The Floridotower stands 113 meters tall with 31 floors above ground, designed by architect Herbert Müller-Hartburg and completed in 2001 as a modern office complex.
Constructed between 1999 and 2001, the Floridotower was sold in 2006 for 110 million euros and later rebranded as Peak Vienna in November 2020.
