The Floridotower, now called Peak Vienna, is a 113-metre office high-rise in Floridsdorf, Vienna's 21st district. It has 31 floors, about 36,000 m² of usable space and nine lifts. Its double-skin climate facade with openable windows and chilled-beam cooling is visible on the exterior.
Designed by Andreas and Herbert Müller-Hartburg, the tower was completed in 2001. At the end of 2006 it was sold for 110 million euros to DIFA Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG, now Union Investment Real Estate AG. In November 2020 it was renamed Peak Vienna, with a new office concept, open rooms, natural materials and planting.
The tower's name changed from Florido Tower to Peak Vienna in November 2020, when the building was given a new office concept with open rooms, natural materials and planting. The Malaysian embassy in Austria occupies part of the building, and the 30th-floor Florido Lounge can be rented for events for 10 to 240 people.
The tower features nine elevators, approximately 36,000 square meters of office space, energy-efficient systems including chilled beam cooling, and a conference facility accommodating 240 participants.
The 30th floor houses the Florido Lounge with panoramic city views, while the building incorporates sustainable features like double-skin climate facade and natural ventilation systems.
