Felsenbühne Staatz is an open-air theatre at the foot of the Staatzer Klippe below the castle ruins in Staatz, Lower Austria. It has 1,200 seats in grey concrete tiers divided into three main blocks, most covered with blue seats. A flat grey stage area is backed by a brown wooden structure with a pitched roof, and in front stands a low angular building with dark panels and a projecting white cross-shaped roof over a shallow water channel.

From 1987 to 1998 the Felsenbühne Staatz hosted the Karl May festivals; the Austrian actor and director Paul Robert Roberts co-founded them and served as long-time artistic director. Since 2000 the venue has held the annual summer musical festivals, with Werner Auer as artistic director and director. It is a member of Theaterfest Niederösterreich.

The theatre is a member of Theaterfest Niederösterreich, the network of Lower Austrian summer stages. Its summer musicals have been directed by Werner Auer since 2000. The 2020 production of Sister Act was postponed to 2022 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
