The stone castle contains 36 guest rooms, multiple event spaces including the grand Kaisersaal, and a surrounding English landscape garden with outdoor celebration areas.
The castle, first documented in the 13th century, underwent transformation from Gothic to Renaissance style under the Zelkinger family before being acquired by Thürheim nobles in 1629.
The Ahnensaal features original stucco ceiling art from 1604, while the Kaisersaal displays Renaissance architecture and hosts ceremonies, concerts, and educational programs.
Rates begin at 53 euros per night including breakfast, with the facility offering 60 parking spaces, disabled access, Wi-Fi, and regular guided tours every Friday from May to October.
The former weapons display area, Waffenkammer, now functions as an entrance lobby connecting the Kaisersaal and Rittersaal, preserving elements from its 19th-century collection.
