Leiser Berge Nature Park, Nature park in Lower Austria, Austria
The park extends across mixed oak forests and dry grasslands, featuring the Buschberg peak at 491 meters, offering views over the Weinviertel region.
Archaeological findings indicate continuous human presence in the area for more than 6,000 years, with remains of settlements scattered throughout the park.
The park maintains six educational nature trails, including a bee path that teaches visitors about local ecology and agricultural traditions.
Visitors can access the park through regular train and bus services, with the main information center located at Hauptplatz in Ernstbrunn.
The Wildlife Park Ernstbrunn contains a scientific wolf research center where specialists study wolf behavior and social structures.
