Terminal Tower is a high-rise building at Linz Main Station with 24 floors designed for office use. The structure features contemporary architecture that defines the station plaza and includes underground parking facilities integrated into its design.
Construction began in 2006 following an architectural competition and was completed in 2008. The project was part of Linz's modernization efforts at the main station during that decade.
The building transformed the urban profile of Linz by establishing itself as the third tallest structure in the city after the New Cathedral.
The building is easily accessible from the station plaza and offers underground parking. Visitors can access various offices and public services located within during standard business hours.
The development project required an investment of 55 million euros and became central to investigations regarding financial administration decisions.
