Terminal Tower, Linz, High-rise office building at Linz Main Station, Austria

Terminal Tower is a high-rise building at Linz Main Station with 24 floors designed for office use. The structure features contemporary architecture that defines the station plaza and includes underground parking facilities integrated into its design.

Construction began in 2006 following an architectural competition and was completed in 2008. The project was part of Linz's modernization efforts at the main station during that decade.

At 98.5 m, the tower ranks third in Linz behind the New Cathedral and the Bruckner Tower, and second among Austrian skyscrapers outside Vienna. Since May 2008 it has housed the Linz tax office and customs office on its upper floors and the pension insurance institute below.

The Terminal Tower stands on the grounds of Linz Main Station, so it is reached on foot from the station forecourt. Its 122 underground parking spaces serve the building. The tax office and customs office occupy the upper floors, the pension insurance institute the lower ones; access is for people with business at these offices.

The development project required an investment of 55 million euros and became central to investigations regarding financial administration decisions.
