Theater Akzent, Contemporary theater in Vienna, Austria

Theater Akzent is a postmodern stage house at Theresianumgasse 18 in Vienna's 4th district, built by architect Rudolf Jarosch on the grounds of the former Palais Nathaniel Rothschild. It holds three venues: a main auditorium with a proscenium stage and 455 seats, the Podium hall with 384 seats, and a studio. It has no resident ensemble.

The venue opened in 1989 and became a key stage for performing arts in Vienna. Since its founding, it has developed into an important space for various forms of artistic expression.
