Villa Toscana comprises two main building complexes, the Große Villa and Kleine Villa, positioned on the Toscana Peninsula near Landschloss Ort. The larger structure features a main hall with a coffered ceiling and multiple seminar rooms of varying sizes spread throughout both properties.

An Italian duchess commissioned construction of the larger building in the 1860s after her family relocated to Austria. The property developed from a desire to preserve memories of her homeland within this lakeside setting.

The name reflects the Italian roots of those who commissioned it, blending Central European building traditions with southern influences visible in its decorated rooms. Visitors notice this mix in the stucco work and window designs that recall Tuscan landscapes and lifestyle.

The property now functions as a venue available for rental for different occasions, accommodating groups of various sizes. Access to the facilities is straightforward, and the location on the peninsula offers a quiet setting for visitors.
