The Icon Vienna

The Icon Vienna is a contemporary office complex in the Belvedere district featuring three interconnected glass and steel towers. The development provides office space across multiple levels and includes retail outlets and public areas at ground level that link different sections of the site and surrounding spaces.

The site was previously the location of the South railway station and underwent transformation into a modern office complex between 2015 and 2019 following an international design competition. This conversion marked a significant shift in how the area's land and urban character developed over time.

The ground level integrates public spaces with retail areas, forming connections between the office towers, neighboring properties, and the main transportation hub.

The complex sits directly next to Vienna Central Station and is easily accessible by public transport. The public areas at ground level are open during daytime hours and welcome visitors to explore the space.

The building features a modern access system that allows visitors and workers to use their smartphones to open doors and operate elevators throughout the complex. This technology is seamlessly integrated into the daily operation of the site.
