Villa Kremenezky, Historic villa in Altaussee, Austria
The residence stands on a 10,000 square meter park at the center of Fischerndorf district, featuring architectural elements from the Ausseer style.
Built in 1874 by Peter Busbach, the villa was seized by the Nazi Party in 1938 and later used as a residence by Gauleiter August Eigruber.
The building represents the architectural transformation of Austrian villas, with substantial modifications made by architect Otto Prutscher in 1936.
Located 350 meters from Altaussee Lake, the currently uninhabited villa at Fischerndorf 52 sits on a southern slope at the foot of Loser mountain.
The property hosted numerous distinguished guests during Erika Varay's ownership, including former French President Jacques Chirac.
