Gazipur Safari Park, Safari park and zoo in Gazipur, Bangladesh
The park extends across 3,690 acres of land with small hills and sal forests, housing diverse wildlife in natural habitats and landscapes.
The Forest Department established the park in 2013 with a budget of 63.99 crore taka, following design elements from Thailand's Safari World.
The park includes five distinct sections: Bangabandhu Square, Core Safari Park, Biodiversity Park, Safari Kingdom, and Extensive Asian Safari Park.
Visitors can access the park from Dhaka by taking any Mymensingh-bound bus to Bhabanipurbazar or Bagher Bazar, then using auto-rickshaws.
The Core Safari section spans 1,217 acres where visitors observe tigers, lions, giraffes, and zebras from designated minibuses and jeeps.
