Beukenhof Vichte, Renaissance castle in Vichte, Belgium.
The red brick castle features ornate limestone decorations, slate roofing, and marble fireplaces throughout its three-story structure.
Built in 1876 for Mayor Karel Vlieghe, the castle included a coach house and stables, which were completed in 1883.
The castle grounds serve local youth organizations, with former horse stables and warehouses now hosting KSA ter Vichten activities.
The castle operates as a restaurant and event venue, opening Friday through Wednesday from 12:00 to 14:00 for lunch service.
The castle grounds contain an ice cellar with rock imitation entrance and wooden pavilion surrounded by traditional Belgian hedgerows.
