The two-story residential structure at Rakaŭskaja Street 20 features traditional Belarusian architectural elements with a restored stone facade and multiple windows.
Built in 1896 as a profit house during the urban expansion of Minsk, the building survived both World War II and the extensive demolitions of the 1970s.
The building received recognition as a cultural heritage monument of Belarus with designation number 711Е000001, reflecting local architectural traditions.
Located one kilometer from central Minsk, the building maintains its residential function while allowing visitors to observe its historical exterior features.
A new mezuzah was installed at the main entrance in March 2021 by Moshe-Aron Kazakevich, adding religious significance to the structure.
