Rakaŭskaja Street 20, Minsk

Its symmetrical design and solid construction materials are typical of residential homes built in Minsk during this era.

The house was built in 1896 as a rental building during Minsk's major urban expansion period. It survived World War II and the demolitions of the 1970s, making it a rare survivor from this construction era.

The structure reflects traditional Belarusian building practices through its stonework and window design typical of the region's residential heritage. Its official designation as a cultural monument shows how such homes shaped the architectural identity of the city.
