Свята-Ефрасіннеўская царква, Полацк

The Svyata-Yefrasinievskaya Church is a six-pillared, single-domed structure standing within the Spaso-Euphrosyne Monastery in Polotsk. The interior preserves medieval frescoes from the 12th century that have been carefully restored.

Construction of this church began in 1128 under the direction of architect John and was completed in 1156. The project was commissioned by Saint Euphrosyne of Polotsk, who shaped the spiritual life of the region.
