Colisée Pepsi, Indoor ice rink in ExpoCité, Quebec City, Canada
Colisée Pepsi is an indoor ice rink located in ExpoCité with a large arena floor and multiple seating levels. The building features a distinctive barrel-vaulted roof that shapes its appearance throughout the exhibition grounds.
The arena opened in late 1949 and became home to a major ice hockey team from 1972 onwards. The facility remained in active use for professional sports for several decades until changing times required new venues.
The facility hosted the Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament annually, bringing together 2,300 young players from 16 countries until its closure in 2015.
The building can be accessed through the EntryPoints of the ExpoCité grounds. Its location within the exhibition complex makes it straightforward to locate and reach.
Local residents referred to it as 'The House that Béliveau Built' due to Jean Béliveau's performances with the Quebec Aces before his NHL career.
