The construction of this arena began on September 10, 2012, with a final cost of 370 million Canadian dollars shared between city and provincial governments.
The Quebec Remparts hockey team plays their home games at the Videotron Centre, which maintains Quebec City's strong connection to ice hockey traditions.
The arena accommodates 18,259 spectators during hockey games and provides seven different room configurations for various types of events throughout the year.
The construction required 25,000 cubic meters of concrete, 52 kilometers of plumbing, and 15 kilometers of ventilation ducts to complete this modern facility.
