Telus Stadium is a sports facility on the Université Laval campus that accommodates around 12,750 spectators. The venue features a synthetic turf field and a 400-meter athletics track designed for football matches and track events.

An athletics stadium opened on the site in 1974; the Rouge et Or football team began playing there in 1995. The stadium was built in 1994 on the PEPS sports complex, and about 2,000 seats were added before it hosted the 45th and 46th Vanier Cup games, raising seated capacity to 12,257. It has since hosted further Vanier Cups, in 2013, 2015, 2018 and 2019.

The stadium is home to the Laval Rouge et Or, whose Canadian football games draw crowds that set Canadian university records, including 21,399 spectators against the Montreal Carabins on 19 October 2025. Quebec City was the first city east of Toronto to host the Vanier Cup, the U Sports championship, and seven editions have been played here. A sculpture by Yves Gendreau, Élans, vertiges et victoires, stands in front of the indoor stadium.

On 9 September 1984, Pope John Paul II celebrated a eucharistic ceremony on the stadium grounds during the first papal visit to Canada. The outdoor stadium itself opened as an athletics venue in 1974, two decades before the Rouge et Or football team began playing there in 1995.
