Founded in 1860 as Collège des Trois-Rivières, the institution transformed into a diocesan seminary in 1874 and underwent reconstruction after a fire in 1929.
The Pierre Boucher Museum within the seminary preserves 7,500 artworks and 13,000 artifacts representing religious history and regional customs from past centuries.
Located at 858 Laviolette Street, the school provides French-language secondary education with programs in sports, arts, technology, and international exchanges.
The seminary archives maintain 760 collections of private documents chronicling the development of Trois-Rivières and the Mauricie region since 1918.
