Grey Silo Golf Course, Public golf course in Waterloo, Canada

Grey Silo Golf Course is an 18-hole public course in RIM Park, Waterloo, Ontario, on land beside the Grand River. It was designed by Steve Young and opened in 2000; the city of Waterloo owns it. The layout has four tee positions, and a driving range and equipment rentals are on site.

The course was designed and built in 2000 by architect Steve Young and quickly became an established venue in the Ontario region. Between 2012 and 2014, it hosted a major professional womens golf tournament, which brought attention and recognition to the facility.

The course sits inside RIM Park on the Grand River, city-owned land in north Waterloo. Its name comes from a grey silo standing on the grounds, a remnant of the farmland the park replaced. From 2012 to 2014 the course hosted the Manulife Financial LPGA Classic, a 72-hole LPGA Tour event.

Golfers should book tee times in advance using the online reservation system, keeping in mind that the course operates seasonally from April through November. Equipment rentals including clubs and carts are available on-site, along with a practice range for warming up before play.
