Hastings Stadium

Hastings Stadium is a baseball venue located in Exhibition Park in Guelph. The facility features a grandstand built in 1987 and received upgrades in 2017 that included new outfield fencing, bullpens, and an updated scoreboard.

The stadium opened in 1925 and was named after David Hastings, a baseball player who later became the city's mayor. It became the primary venue for regional baseball competitions over the decades.

The stadium hosts local baseball teams that play regularly throughout the season. It remains a central gathering place for the city's baseball community.

The stadium is accessed from Division Street and is easy to find within the park area. Visitors should arrive early to secure good seating, as standing room may be limited during popular games.

The playing field has unusual dimensions, with the left center extending roughly 403 feet (123 meters) from home plate. This asymmetrical layout creates distinct advantages and challenges for players depending on where they bat or field.
