Mont Adstock is a 712 m mountain in the northwest of Adstock township, southeast of Thetford Mines and next to Lac à la Truite. It is one summit of a rock formation running from Vermont northeast into Quebec, and it overlooks Grand lac Saint-François a few kilometres to the south.
