Claridge Icon

Claridge Icon is a 45-story residential skyscraper in Ottawa's Little Italy with curved balconies and a glass exterior. The complex includes ground floor retail space and two floors of commercial facilities alongside the residential units.

The project marks a turning point in Ottawa's urban planning, as it was among the first major towers in a neighborhood once defined by low-rise structures. This development initiated the vertical transformation of the Little Italy area.
