Shining Heights is a single-block residential tower at 83 Sycamore Street in Tai Kok Tsui, completed in 2009, with 51 storeys and 348 flats. Its plan is shaped like outspread wings, and the facade is pale beige with columns of small rectangular windows and white balcony panels. The top floors hold duplex units with private roof gardens, and a sky club occupies the 51st floor.

Shining Heights occupies the site of the former Hong Kong and Yaumati Ferry staff dormitory. It was developed jointly by Henderson Land and the ferry company, with Vantage Property Management as manager, and opened on 25 November 2009. The 51-storey tower holds 348 flats, including duplex units on floors 59 and 60.

The name Shining Heights pairs with the Chinese 亮賢居, and the clubhouse carries the English name Club Vantage, themed as an urban resort. Its 54,000 sq ft of facilities on floors 2 and 3 include a 42-metre outdoor pool, karaoke rooms and a barbecue area, while Sky Club occupies the 51st floor, 550 ft above ground, with a banquet hall, gym and spa.

The tower stands at 83 Sycamore Street in Tai Kok Tsui, set between four MTR stations: Prince Edward, Sham Shui Po, Olympic and Nam Cheong, each roughly 600 m to 1 km away, or 10 to 20 minutes on foot. The elevated West Kowloon Corridor runs alongside, so lower flats face traffic noise. The entrance has a hotel-style lobby with ceilings over 16 feet.

The top two floors, 59 and 60, hold duplex units of 3,431 to 4,445 sq ft, each with a private roof garden of 950 to 1,200 sq ft and a whirlpool bath. The Sky Club on the 51st floor sits 550 ft above ground, with a banquet hall, gym and spa. The building's plan is wing-shaped, with eight flats per standard floor.
