Lui Seng Chun, Grade I historic building in Mong Kok, Hong Kong.
This four-story tong lau building features curved facades, granite columns, and decorative balustrades at the intersection of Lai Chi Kok and Tong Mi Roads.
Built in 1931 by architect W.H. Bourne, the structure initially housed a traditional Chinese medicine shop on the ground floor and residential spaces above.
The building represents the architectural fusion of Chinese and Western elements through its neoclassical design and traditional tong lau shophouse layout.
Following its 2012 revitalization, the building now functions as a Chinese medicine healthcare center operated by Hong Kong Baptist University.
The structure retains its original wooden signboard, shop windows, trademark glass panels, and terrazzo walls from its early 20th-century construction.
