Construction of One Shenzhen Bay started in 2014 and reached completion in 2018, marking a period of rapid development in Shenzhen.
The tower represents Chinese architectural advancement through its integration of modern design principles by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.
The structure incorporates three underground levels and multiple elevator systems by Schindler to facilitate movement throughout its 71 floors.
AECOM created surrounding gardens that connect the tower to neighboring areas while ALT Limited developed specialized facade materials.
