One Shenzhen Bay is a complex of six residential towers, an office building and a 338-metre central tower containing offices, serviced apartments and the Raffles Hotel. The tallest tower, tower 7, reaches 341.4 metres. Its dark glass shaft has closely spaced horizontal mullions and a lighter vertical band running up the centre and along each corner, and the base widens into a podium with a flat roofline.

Construction started in 2014 and was completed in 2018, during a period when Shenzhen was growing faster than almost any other major city in the world. The tower was built in a district that had transformed from industrial land into one of China's most modern business areas within just a few decades.

The complex takes its name from its position on Shenzhen Bay in Nanshan District. Its central tower combines offices, serviced apartments and a Raffles hotel, while six separate blocks hold the residential units. The tower's dark glass shaft is framed by a lighter vertical band running up the centre of the facade and along each corner.

The tower is close to a metro station and easy to reach by public transit. Not all areas are open to everyone, so it is worth checking in advance which parts of the building visitors can access freely.
