Alain Tower

Alain Tower is an observation structure in Chlum displaying architectural elements characteristic of 19th century historicism. The building provides access to an elevated vantage point from which visitors can look out over the surrounding landscape.

Josef Pruvot designed and completed this tower in 1862 during a period of rising interest in recreational structures across the region. The building stands protected as a cultural monument and documents the architectural practices of that era.
