Auer Dult

The Auer Dult spans 22,000 square meters with 290 market vendors offering antiques, tableware, porcelain, toys, clothing, and fairground attractions.

In 1796, Elector Karl Theodor granted the Au suburb permission to hold fairs, establishing a tradition that continues with three annual events since 1905.

The market preserves traditional German trade practices through its extensive collection of porcelain, household items, and regional Bavarian crafts.

Visitors can access the fair via tram lines 18, buses 52 and 62, or U-Bahn lines U1 and U2, with market operations running from 10 AM to 8 PM.

Each of the three annual nine-day festivals - Maidult, Jakobidult, and Kirchweihdult - features Europe's largest tableware and household items market.
