Kloster Sankt Zeno Reichenhall

Kloster Sankt Zeno Reichenhall is a monastery in Bad Reichenhall featuring a large church and a Romanesque cloister. The church displays marble portals and decorated keystones, with the cloister dating to the late 12th century.

The monastery was founded in 803 by Archbishop Arno of Salzburg as a monastic cell and re-established in 1136 as an Augustinian canonical community. This transformation marked a significant turning point in the monastery's development and regional importance.
