Baumkronenpfad Hainich

Baumkronenpfad Hainich is a wooden walkway that passes through the canopy of Hainich National Park, climbing to significant heights above the forest floor. The path features wooden platforms and sections designed to let visitors explore the upper layers of the forest up close.

Hainich National Park was created to protect an old beech forest that has grown naturally in Central Europe for centuries. The area earned UNESCO World Heritage status because of its importance in showing how forests develop without human intervention.
