Visitors can access the museum Tuesday through Saturday from 14:00 to 16:00 and Sundays from 11:00 to 14:00, with guided tours included in the admission fee.
The museum includes access to the Grube Günnersdorf visitor mine, where temperatures remain at 8 degrees Celsius throughout the year.
