Burg Schwaneck, Gothic castle in Pullach, Germany
Burg Schwaneck is a castle on a hillside near Pullach featuring 19th-century architectural styles. The building contains eleven seminar rooms, accommodation for about 130 people, and various outdoor spaces.
The prominent sculptor Ludwig von Schwanthaler built the castle in 1843 to display his newly acquired noble status. His interest in medieval architecture shaped the building's appearance.
The castle functions as a center for youth learning and environmental education today. Visitors experience a place where nature and educational programs come together.
