The Church in Pantlitz is a neo-Gothic brick church in Ahrenshagen-Daskow, built 1867–1869 to plans by Stralsund city architect Ernst von Haselberg. A tall west tower with an octagonal copper-clad spire, covered in 1926–1927, rises beside a long nave with stepped buttresses, a polygonal choir and pointed-arch windows. Two south porches hold gravestones set into their window openings.

A church existed in Pantlitz in the Middle Ages, with a pastor documented in 1341. The medieval building was described as dilapidated in 1583 and demolished in 1689, replaced by a small timber-framed church whose tower was taken down before 1744. The present brick church was designed by Stralsund city architect Ernst von Haselberg and consecrated on 20 May 1869. Abandoned in 1972 and once slated for demolition, it has been under restoration since 1990.

Since 2006 Pantlitz has been Vorpommern's first cyclist church, and every June it hosts the Burgwallsingen, a large choir meeting whose proceeds fund restoration work. The name refers to the nearby Slavic hillfort visible from the tower. The altar painting is a copy; the 1622 original by Gerrit van Honthorst, The Adoration of the Shepherds, is on permanent loan in the Pommersches Landesmuseum in Greifswald.

Since 2006 the church has been Vorpommern's first cyclist church, so cyclists can stop here and use the converted patronage annex, which has a kitchen, sanitary facilities and a meeting room thanks to EU funding in 2005. The church stands in Pantlitz, part of Ahrenshagen-Daskow, on the road toward Daskow, with the cemetery around it. A choir gathering, the Pantlitzer Burgwallsingen, is held here each June.

The altar painting is a copy: Gerrit van Honthorst's 1622 Adoration of the Shepherds, donated by Hugo von Mecklenburg, hangs as a permanent loan in the Pommersches Landesmuseum in Greifswald. The church keeps a reproduction, and the original bell, cast in 1869 by Carl Voß in Stettin, still hangs in the tower.
