Rochsburg Castle

Rochsburg Castle is a fortress on a rocky rise above the Zwickauer Mulde river valley in Lunzenau, featuring a quadrangular inner ward and a central tower. The property also includes the Choco Del Sol chocolate factory located on the grounds.

The first documented mention of the castle dates to 1190, when it served as a defensive stronghold before later becoming a noble residence. Over the centuries it transformed from a purely military structure into a stately mansion.
