Wasserschloss Schatthausen, Water castle in Wiesloch, Germany.

The three-wing, three-story castle structure stands surrounded by a water moat in the Rhein-Neckar district of Baden-Württemberg.

The east wing of the castle was constructed after 1562 by the Bettendorff family, with subsequent modifications including the north wing addition around 1720.

The entrance gate displays the alliance coat of arms of the Gerner von Lilienstein brothers combined with von Brüggen, marking their ownership from 1665 to 1677.

The Wasserschloss Schatthausen remains in private ownership of the Göler von Ravensburg family since 1828, limiting public access to the property.

The water castle maintains its complete original moat system, representing a preserved example of medieval defensive architecture in the Kraichgau region.
