Eissporthalle Paul-Heyse-Straße

Eissporthalle Paul-Heyse-Straße is an ice sports facility housed in a converted factory building in Pankow with multiple skating surfaces for training and competitions. The complex operates throughout the year to support the needs of local clubs and athletes.

The building originally served as a factory starting in 1973 and underwent major reconstruction in the early 2000s. This transformation allowed Berlin's ice sports community to gain a dedicated training facility.

The facility serves as home base for several of Berlin's ice sports clubs that train and compete here regularly. It has become an important gathering place for young athletes working to develop their skills in the sport.

The facility is reserved primarily for club members and training groups operating on a coordinated schedule. Visitors should check ahead to see if any public events or demonstrations are being held.

The Kick on Ice program gives young people the chance to participate in sports at no cost while receiving guidance from experienced coaches. This initiative was backed by the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation and removes barriers to athletic participation.
