The SiemensForum München features white aluminum facades with curved elements and glass bands surrounding its entrance rotunda at Oskar-von-Miller-Ring 20.
Constructed in 1999 under Richard Meier's direction, the building served as Siemens headquarters until 2016 before being transformed into rental spaces named Oskar.
The structure represents contemporary German corporate architecture while housing international companies like Condé Nast publishing house and Amazon Web Services.
The nine-story complex includes six floors above ground and three basement levels, offering 43,000 square meters of office space near Wittelsbacherplatz.
The building's design incorporates extensive natural light integration through strategic placement of windows and transparent materials throughout its architectural composition.
