Feuerdrache

Feuerdrache is a family roller coaster at Legoland Günzburg that combines dark indoor sections through a medieval castle with outdoor tracks in the sun. The ride reaches speeds of 35 miles per hour (56 kilometers per hour) and stretches about 1,476 feet (450 meters) with twists and hills throughout.

The roller coaster was designed by German engineering firm Ing.-Büro Stengel GmbH and built as the park expanded its attractions. It reflects the park's approach of combining Lego themes with classic amusement rides for families.

The name Fire Dragon draws from German folklore and medieval legends woven into the ride's narrative. This connection to traditional storytelling gives visitors a sense of cultural heritage mixed with amusement park fun.

The ride is suitable for families with younger children and balances gentle indoor sections with moderate outdoor thrills. The queue area is well-organized and the attraction sits in an easy-to-reach location within the park.

The ride uses a booster lift hill system, which is uncommon for family coasters of this size. Throughout the castle scenes, Lego figures and animated characters are scattered to add a playful touch to the journey.
