Fulda Valley Bridge Bergshausen

The Fulda Valley Bridge Bergshausen is a steel bridge carrying the A44 autobahn across a deep river valley in central Germany. The structure spans approximately 930 meters and rises about 55 meters above the water, allowing traffic to pass over the landscape below.

The bridge was completed in 1962 as part of Germany's expanding highway network connecting different regions. A major renovation took place in 2009 to update its infrastructure and extend its lifespan.
