St. Martin Church

St. Martin Church is a modern church building in Kaulsdorf with a rectangular layout that includes three naves topped by a broad tower. The complex includes a parish hall, St. Martinsheim serving as a Catholic daycare facility, and additional structures built to serve community functions.

Construction began in July 1929 on the site of a former restaurant called Zum wilden Eber. The building was consecrated in August 1930 after completion.

The interior contains medieval artworks including a wooden altar cross from the 14th century and a marble tabernacle from the 15th century. These pieces shape how the church space feels and reflect a long tradition of religious craftsmanship.

The building is located in a residential area and is open for public viewing, with the broad tower visible from a distance. The nearby facilities such as the parish hall give you a complete sense of the whole complex when you visit.
