Gut Glüsig is an agricultural estate near Ackendorf with multiple buildings, cultivated land, and facilities for processing organic meat in Saxony-Anhalt. The property offers visitors direct access to products produced through its livestock and crop operations.

The estate originated from a settlement founded by the Cistercian monastery of Althaldensleben in the 15th century and later became a private property. Its acquisition by Johann Gottlob Nathusius in 1810 marked a shift toward more intensive farming operations.

The estate's name comes from the deserted medieval village of Glüsingen, whose land the Cistercian nuns of Althaldensleben gathered into a Vorwerk around 1460. A St. Anna chapel stood here and was rebuilt after 1648; the St.-Anna-Wallfahrt pilgrimage was still meant to continue when the Caritas sold the estate in 2018. The farm closed in 2020.

Gut Glüsig lies in the Glüsig district, part of the Ackendorf parish of Hohe Börde in the Börde district of Saxony-Anhalt. The estate was closed in 2020, so the farm shop, slaughterhouse and processing operations no longer run; the site is not set up as a visitor attraction. The buildings and surrounding fields can be seen from the public roads.

The main building of the estate was erected in 1757 under abbess Gräber and still stands today. Around 1866 Heinrich von Nathusius ran a private military hospital at Glüsig for wounded soldiers of the German War, and another was set up there during the Franco-Prussian War of 1870/71.
