Hirschgarten, Historical park in Dornholzhausen, Germany.
The Hirschgarten features a deer enclosure containing multiple species of red deer and goats within a landscaped garden environment.
Landgrave Friedrich II established the garden in 1698, and Friedrich VI added the deer enclosure in 1820 with twelve deer gifted from Grand Duke Ludwig I.
The garden includes a 1964 building that replaced the former hunting lodge, now housing a restaurant specializing in regional German cuisine.
The park contains a minigolf course and connects to forest trails, providing recreational activities for families and outdoor enthusiasts.
The Hirschgarten remains the only preserved original park from the former landgrave gardens of Bad Homburg.
