Allee 5

Allee 5 is a community center for Jewish life in Heilbronn, featuring a prayer hall with seating for 50 men and separate accommodations for women behind a partition known as the Mechitza. The building also houses a kitchen with an entrance room and a specialized library containing Jewish literature and religious texts.

The center opened in 2005, replacing the original synagogue destroyed during the November 1938 pogrom in Heilbronn. This reopening marked the resumption of organized Jewish life in the city after decades of interruption.
