Neue Börse, Trade exchange building in Leipzig, Germany
The Neue Börse occupied a central position at Tröndlinring 2, featuring a prominent Neo-Renaissance architectural style with a grand entrance portal and Lipsia statue.
Built between 1884 and 1886 as a replacement for the Old Stock Exchange, the building served as Leipzig's primary trade center until its destruction in 1943.
The building contained a 100,000-volume library and functioned as a central meeting point for merchants, hosting numerous commercial and social gatherings.
The structure included multiple levels with a restaurant in the basement, administrative offices, and a large assembly hall on the second floor.
After the building's demolition in 1958, the site remained vacant until 2013, when a modern hotel was constructed in its place.
