The farm complex has maintained agricultural operations for over 1000 years, with Ewald Döpper and Maria-Henriette Pricking expanding it significantly after World War II.
The establishment includes multiple educational exhibits about traditional and modern farming methods through a 1.5-kilometer museum trail showcasing agricultural practices.
The butcher shop operates daily from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering products from approximately 5,000 piglets raised and processed annually in the farm's slaughterhouse.
The farm maintains one of the world's largest breeding bulls and processes all meat products on-site, from raising the animals to creating finished goods.
