St. Johannis

St. Johannis is a Protestant church in Wolfenbüttel with a three-nave timber-frame structure built on a stone foundation. The building features a pitched roof design and stands beside a separate free-standing bell tower.

Construction started in 1661 and the consecration took place in 1663, marking the church's founding in the early modern period. A free-standing bell tower replaced the original tower structure in 1693.
