Sägemühle

Sägemühle is a sawmill in Remblinghausen built with half-timbered construction and wooden board coverings in a single-story design. The year 1809 appears on its front facade, marking an important phase of the building.

The sawmill was originally founded in 1671 when Theodor von Cloidt built the oldest section that still stands today. The facility evolved over subsequent centuries and reflects construction phases extending into the 1800s.
