Villa Reitzenstein, Official residence of the Minister President in Stuttgart, Germany.

The Villa Reitzenstein stands on a hillside in eastern Stuttgart, featuring a three-wing layout constructed with Maulbronn sandstone in French Baroque style.

Built between 1910 and 1913 for Baroness Helene von Reitzenstein, the daughter of a Stuttgart publisher, the villa became state property in 1921.

The surrounding two-and-a-half hectare park, designed by landscape architect Carl Eitel in 1912, combines French formal and English garden styles.

The park opens to visitors on selected weekends from April through October, with guided tours available by contacting the State Ministry office.

During World War I, the villa temporarily served as a military hospital for officers before becoming the political center of Württemberg state.
