Wallfahrtskirche Allerheiligen, Pilgrimage church in Jettingen-Scheppach, Germany.

The Wallfahrtskirche Allerheiligen is a white-walled pilgrimage church with a square tower topped by a steep grey pyramidal spire, standing on a grassy hill east of Scheppach. The nave, rebuilt in 1732 by Simpert Kraemer and again in 1770/71 by Joseph Dossenberger the Younger, has rounded corners and pilasters inside and out. Its flat ceiling is decorated with Johann Baptist Enderle's 1770/71 frescoes, including the All Saints' Heaven over the nave.

A pilgrimage to Allerheiligen is first documented in 1395, when a small chapel stood east of Scheppach on a wooded hill. The local noble family von Knöringen funded its expansion. Simpert Kraemer rebuilt the nave in 1732, Joseph Dossenberger the Younger followed with the choir, tower octagon and nave in 1753–55 and 1770/71, and the church was consecrated in 1779.

The church takes its name from the main fresco, the Allerheiligenhimmel, painted by Johann Baptist Enderle in 1770/71, showing the Trinity adored by angels and saints. The pilgrimage itself is documented from 1395, and the church was consecrated in 1779. The high altar holds a Gothic crucifix flanked by a God the Father figure and the Holy Spirit dove.

The church stands on a wooded hill east of Scheppach, above the village, so the approach is on foot or by car rather than through the village centre. The tower with its helm dates from the 19th century, while the nave and choir were rebuilt in the 18th; the interior is entered from the west under the double gallery. The frescoes and the whole church were renovated in 1969.

The high altar holds a Gothic crucifix flanked by a God the Father figure and a Holy Spirit dove, together representing the Trinity. Above the altar hangs the coat of arms of the Freyberg-Haldenwang lordship. The nave altars are painted dark brown, with panels by Johann Georg Lederle showing Saint John Nepomuk on the left and Saint Francis on the right.
