Haus Bachem, Heritage building in Königswinter-Altstadt, Germany.
The two-story solid plaster building features seven axes with sash windows, shutters, and trachyte-framed windows and door frames along its facade.
Built in 1825 by stone mason Theodor Bachem, the house received a notable visit from the future King Edward VII of England in 1857.
The ground floor hall hosts annual wine festival ceremonies, while the former carriage house now functions as the city registry office.
The building serves as the administrative center of Königswinter, containing municipal offices and meeting spaces for city council committees.
Two decorative sandstone dragon heads, previously used as water spouts, remain preserved in the rear garden among ancient trees.
