Phönix-Bad Ottobrunn is a leisure and wellness pool complex whose swimming area covers 1,882 m², with a sports pool of six lanes including a fast-swimmer lane, a diving pool, an adventure pool with bubble loungers, a teaching pool, a children's paddling pool, a baby pool and two large water slides under a roughly 6 × 6 m glass dome. Outdoors, around 1,300 m² hold a heated pool, a paddling pool with play figures and a slide, a kiosk and a lawn. Ten saunas, including two Finnish saunas, a stone sauna and two kelo saunas, plus a 270 m² spa in a three-storey annex complete the site.

The facility became an important gathering place for the Ottobrunn swimming club and has long supported athletic training for swimmers. Over time it evolved from a sports-focused venue into a wellness and leisure center serving the broader community.
