Villa Amalia, Heritage villa in Brill district, Wuppertal, Germany.

The two-story Villa Amalia features a hexagonal tower with a slate roof and stands within a park filled with protected old trees.

Built in 1883 by architect Walter Kyllmann, the villa displays Neo-Renaissance elements and represents typical country house architecture of the late 19th century.

The villa served as a filming location for the third season of the television series Babylon Berlin in late 2018.

The property spans 1,250 square meters of living space and sits on a 3,700-square-meter plot, making it suitable for office or law firm use.

The building incorporates an outdoor fountain that forms part of the protected architectural ensemble and maintains its original spatial arrangement.
